Proceed with caution! The manga deals with family violence, physically abusive parents and child neglect.
Asato is a healer, but his healing abilities have very specific rules:
* He can absorb any kind of physical injury, this includes burns and old scars.
* "Absorbing" means transferring the injury to himself. The injury/burn/scar will appear on his body in the exact same spot it was in the other person's. Meaning if he takes on a facial scar, the scar will disappear from the other person and appear on his own face. FUN TIMES.
* He can transfer the injuries from his body on to someone else. (Let's say Little Timmy breaks his arm; Asato could transfer the broken arm to himself and then from himself to Wolverine.)
* He can also split the injuries in half between him and one other person. This doesn't apply to healed scars, though. Only fresh injuries.
He can't heal illnesses and he doesn't have any sort of superhuman ability himself, so if he absorbs a scratch that would normally take two days to heal, he'll have the scratch for two days. What he does have is very high pain tolerance. He can walk around with a broken arm and show very little sign of being in pain.
